I have a deep love for craniosacral therapy. CST came into my life while I was working as a personal and executive business coach living in North Idaho. My son was 6 years old at the time, enrolled in the Waldorf School. He was having difficulty tracking his eyes left to right. He was also not quite landed in his body yet. He was exhibiting signs of being on the spectrum.

His birth process had been intense - I was 13 days past my due date and when contractions came on, they were irregular and accompanied by a very high temperature, and later found out I had Beta-strep. We were determined to have a home birth, but ended up having him via emergency c-section.

After a detailed questionnaire and assessment, the examiner suggested he receive craniosacral therapy. This had been the only feedback we received. We contacted an RN who studied under an osteopath and I knew as soon as the therapist touched him, that I would go on to learn what she was doing. And so began my relationship with this subtle therapeutic healing modality.

My son had a profound experience after his third session, and over the course of 2 hours, I watched him come into in his body. His symptoms were gone! And our lives were forever changed.

Fifteen years into my practice and thousands of hours of exploring and working in the subtle fields via the forms of Shamanic Healing, Core Belief Restructuring, Pranic Healing, Reiki, Family Systems Constellations and working with skilled master mentors, I have gained an understanding of my unique abilities and how to use them. In turn, I offer a reflection to you of your inherent unique gifts, along with tools to guide you on your path of healing and awakening.

Working in a birth center at a local hospital, as well as in their Med-surgery and ICU departments, has offered me direct experience with a number of pathologies.

Cultivating relationships with other professionals, such as doctors, dentists, naturopaths, acupuncturists, chiropractors, nutritionists, guides/mentors, mental health professionals, and other massage therapists to support patients who are in need of a support “team” is a passion of mine. The power of sacred holding in any and all forms in community to create the optimal environment physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually - these are key ingredients to deep transformative healing. The most important ingredient being your desire and intention!
